sweetened Condensed Milk...how to make

3/4 C sugar
1/2 C water
1 C plus 2 TBSP Powder Milk

Combine, Heat to boiling. Cook until thick (about 15-20 minutes)

This equals 1 can sweetened condensed milk :)
